Neurie is not therapy, crisis intervention, or medical advice. Do not use Neurie in an emergency. Call or text 988 for immediate support.
Neurie is designed for licensed or training healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, residents, fellows, allied health professionals, and related clinical roles. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a healthcare professional or working in a healthcare-related role, and that the information you provide is accurate.
Neurie is a digital wellness support platform providing short, text-based micro-interventions grounded in the Neurie Protocol — a framework informed by peer-reviewed research in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic practice, and trauma-informed care.
Neurie does not provide therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care and is not a regulated medical device.
To access Neurie, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@neurie.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Early Adopter Access: Users who create an account during Neurie's early access period are granted permanent free access to the Neurie platform as a clinician user, subject to continued compliance with these Terms. Neurie charges institutions and organizations, not individual clinicians.
Neurie reserves the right to modify access tiers for new users in the future. Early adopter access will not be revoked without material breach of these Terms or account holder request, except as described in Section 8. Early adopter accounts will receive at least 30 days written notice before any change takes effect.
Institutional Access: Institutions may enter into separate agreements with Neurie for workforce licensing, governed by separate contracts between Neurie LLC and the institution.
You agree not to:
All content on the Neurie platform — including the Neurie Protocol, card content, intervention sequences, design, software, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of Neurie LLC. Neurie™ is a trademark of Neurie LLC (Class 44). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Neurie for your personal, non-commercial wellness support only.
Your use of Neurie is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Neurie, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of anonymized, aggregated data for institutional reporting.
By You: You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal data within 30 days. Early adopter status is forfeited upon account deletion.
By Neurie: Neurie may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, provide false information, your use creates legal or safety risks, or Neurie ceases operations. Neurie may restructure access tiers upon 30 days written notice, except in cases of material breach.
NEURIE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NEURIE LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR CLINICALLY APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURIE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. NEURIE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neurie LLC from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Neurie, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Neurie after changes constitutes acceptance.

Information You Provide: First name, email address, professional role, and password (stored encrypted — we never see it in plaintext).
Information We Generate: Number of moments completed (a count only — not which situations or cards you selected) and account creation date. We do not log which specific situations, interventions, or card sequences you interact with. What you do inside a moment stays private.
Analytics: We use Mixpanel to collect anonymized, aggregated usage data. This data does not identify you individually.
If your institution has a Neurie license, we may share anonymized, aggregated data including: which categories are trending across the workforce, engagement volume by department or role (where sufficient users exist to prevent identification), and week-over-week usage trends.
This data does not include your name, email, role, or any individually identifiable information. We never share data that could identify you personally with your employer, institution, or any third party.
Your account data is stored through Memberstack. Payment processing, if applicable, is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly. We implement industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell), and non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
All Users: You may update your name or role from the Profile page, change your password, delete your account, or contact hello@neurie.com with any privacy request.
Neurie uses cookies for authentication (to keep you logged in) and analytics (Mixpanel). We do not use advertising cookies. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to log in.
Neurie is intended for healthcare professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Contact hello@neurie.com immediately if you believe we have done so.
We will notify registered users of material changes via email before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
