Privacy Policy — Neurie

Neurie LLC

Privacy Policy

We built Neurie on a simple promise: what you do inside is yours. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what we don't, and what we never will.

Effective April 18, 2026
!
Neurie is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know needs immediate support, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you create an account, we collect:

  • First name
  • Email address
  • Professional role (e.g., Physician, Nurse, Resident)
  • Password (stored encrypted — we never see it in plaintext)
Information We Generate

As you use Neurie, we track:

  • Number of moments completed (a count only — not which situations or cards you selected)
  • Account creation date

We do not log, store, or track which specific situations, interventions, or card sequences you interact with. What you do inside a moment stays private.

Analytics

We use Mixpanel to collect anonymized, aggregated usage data including session frequency, feature engagement by category, and general platform activity. This data does not identify you individually.

02

What We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit:

  • We do not track which specific situations or card sequences you open or complete
  • We do not record session content, your responses, or your emotional state
  • We do not collect device identifiers, location data, or biometric data
  • We do not use your data to build individual behavioral profiles
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Provide access to the Neurie platform and its interventions
  • Improve and expand our content library
  • Send essential account communications (e.g., password reset)
  • Provide anonymized, aggregated workforce analytics to institutional partners (see Section 4)
04

Institutional Data Sharing

If your institution has a Neurie license, we may share anonymized, aggregated data with that institution. This data includes:

  • Which categories of situations are trending across the workforce
  • Engagement volume by department or role (where sufficient users exist to prevent identification)
  • Week-over-week usage trends

This data does not include your name, email, role, or any individually identifiable information. We never share data that could identify you personally with your employer, institution, or any third party.

If you signed up independently (not through an institutional pilot), your data is not shared with any institution unless you are later enrolled in an institutional program and consent is established.

05

Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored and managed through Memberstack, a third-party authentication provider. Payment processing, if applicable, is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment information directly.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

06

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.

07

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

Cookies and Tracking

Neurie uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for authentication (to keep you logged in) and analytics (Mixpanel). We do not use advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in.
