Who May Use Neurie
Neurie is designed for licensed or training healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, residents, fellows, allied health professionals, and related clinical roles. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are a healthcare professional or working in a healthcare-related role, and that the information you provide is accurate.
What Neurie Is and Is Not
Neurie is a digital wellness support platform providing short, text-based micro-interventions grounded in the Neurie Protocol — a framework informed by peer-reviewed research in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic practice, and trauma-informed care. Neurie is designed to offer in-the-moment emotional support for healthcare professionals experiencing work-related stress and burnout.
Neurie does not provide therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care and is not a regulated medical device. Do not use Neurie in an emergency.
Account Registration
To access Neurie, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@neurie.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Access and Pricing
Users who create an account during Neurie's early access period are granted permanent free access to the Neurie platform as a clinician user, subject to continued compliance with these Terms of Service. Neurie charges institutions and organizations, not individual clinicians.
Neurie reserves the right to modify access tiers, pricing structures, or feature availability for new users in the future. Early adopter access is a commitment to the individual account holder and will not be revoked without material breach of these Terms or account holder request, except as described in Section 8 (Termination). In the event Neurie restructures access tiers, early adopter accounts will receive at least 30 days written notice before any change takes effect.
Institutions may enter into separate agreements with Neurie for workforce licensing. Those agreements are governed by separate contracts between Neurie LLC and the institution.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Neurie only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce Neurie's content or protocol
- Use Neurie for commercial purposes without written consent from Neurie LLC
- Misrepresent your professional role or qualifications

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Neurie for your personal, non-commercial wellness support. This license does not include the right to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Neurie content.
Privacy
Your use of Neurie is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Neurie, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of anonymized, aggregated data for institutional reporting.
Termination and Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page within the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Early adopter status is forfeited upon account deletion.
Neurie reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You materially breach these Terms of Service
- You provide false information about your professional role
- Your use of the platform creates legal or safety risks
- Neurie ceases operations or discontinues the platform
Neurie also reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restructure access tiers, including early adopter tiers, upon 30 days written notice to affected users, except in cases of material breach.

NEURIE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ITS CONTENT IS CLINICALLY APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION. THE PLATFORM IS INTENDED FOR GENERAL WELLNESS SUPPORT, NOT INDIVIDUALIZED CLINICAL CARE.
